This summer, as many of you have noticed, has been pelted with multiple severe storms and tornadoes. I got off work early today, and before I headed to Jersey, I had free time to play with some of those dramatic storm clouds. I am now currently late to meet my friend to actually leave but I was excited to get this posted.
Photos from our adventures shall be posted when I return!
Enjoy!

I second shot my first wedding with my neighbor, Ashley Owens, this past February. Needless to say, I was slightly nervous….ok, really nervous. The wedding was held at the Proximity Hotel in Greensboro, NC and was gorgeous!!

This is Tra and Donald. I attended Liberty University with Tra and ran track there with her. We hadnt been in contact for a few years until she asked if I’d shoot her engagement photos. The day of the shoot it was snowing, sleeting and raining. Great. We pulled out the umbrellas prayed the weather would clear up and went on with our plans. The rain/sleet let up some and considering the conditions I think we got some good shots. I cant wait to photograph their wedding in May. I’m so happy for ya’ll!!

Today I got my new lens!! 24-70 2.8L I’m so excited!! I tested it out on our new puppy, Cody. He was slightly more cooperative than the cats and at least obeyed and stayed still a little longer. Meet Cody…..

This is a compilation of photos from Awaken City‘s homeless ministry in downtown Greensboro. These people are some of the most awesome people I’ve ever met!

I’ve been wanting to experiment with time lapse for a while now, so the other day I purchased an Intervalometer. Basically an intervalometer allows you to take a series of photos at set intervals over an extended period of time. Here’s an awesome example!
I cant wait to experiement!
All you need to know is we had a Huge bonfire…..

A Sunday afternoon with great friends, hammocks and a camera!

These are some of the final edits for Moriah Guitarworks photoshoot! Their new website will be up and running soon so check it out!! I love these guitars, they are so gorgeous!!
